Please only pay a deposit AFTER your appointment has been approved.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 deposit are required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in rescheduling. Reschedules must be made ≥48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit. No-shows forfeit deposits and may require payment in advance for future bookings. Rescheduling/ Cancellations: You may reschedule one time if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect future booking opportunities. If you arrive more than 15 min late without prior communication, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Pricing: Refer to pricing page for individual artist rates. Heath & Safety: You must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID. We cannot tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are sick please contact us immediately to reschedule - health and safety come first. By booking online you agree too: Arrive on time and be prepared for your session. Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your artist. Understand that deposits are non-refundable. Respect our shop, artist, and clients. We're all part of the County Line family.
